Ideally 5 months before the event. Venue and date are the first things to confirm, and good venues are booked early.
No, we don't look for sponsors. Once you have them, we handle the contracts and add their logos and materials to the website and the venue. We can also manage invoicing, as part of a custom production.
You do. We work under your brand, and attendee data stays yours.
