Who we are

Eleventh (VAT number 18518421005) is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. To ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion, write to info@eleventh.it.

Workshop interest

If you register interest in a workshop, we collect:

• your email address
• your preferred city
• your phone number, if you choose to give one
• which workshop you asked about, and the page you used

We use this to tell you when the date, city and tickets for that workshop are confirmed, and to see which city people prefer. Registering interest does not reserve a place. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use these details for other workshops or for marketing.

Contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you chose, and your message. We use them to reply. We aim to reply within two working days.

Where the details go

Both forms are delivered by Formspark, which receives the submission, stores it, and emails it to us. We then keep it in our email inbox.

Website visits

On eleventh.it we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they open, and how they arrived. It does not run until you accept cookies, and it does not run on our staging site.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. It receives the pages you view, an approximate location, and the device and browser you use. We use this only to understand visits to the site. We do not use it to advertise to you. Google receives that data and processes it under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep them

We keep workshop interest details until we have contacted you about that workshop, and for as long as we need them to answer a follow-up from you. We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up. Write to us if you want the details deleted sooner.

Your cookie choice stays in this browser until you change it or clear the site data. Google keeps analytics data for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property. Visit data there is not tied to your name.

Your choices

You can refuse analytics cookies from the notice at the bottom of the page. You can change that choice at any time from Cookie choices in the footer. If you refuse, we do not load Google Analytics.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
